ISPE SOUTHWEST CHAPTER ENJOYS ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL GOLF TOURNAMENT FUNDRAISER!

ISPE SW CHAPTER THANKS ALL GOLFERS AND SPONSORS!!!

Thank you to all the participants and sponsors of this year's ISPE SW Chapter MATHCOUNTS and Future City Golf Tournament! This year's event on May 2nd at Purple Sage included a record 30 teams and 19 hole sponsors raising $5,368.23!!! This money will go towards the awards, shirts and additional costs associated with running the ISPE SW Chapter's MATHCOUNTS program held each February as well as contributing to the 5th Idaho Regional Future City Program to be held next January. Approximately $20 from each golfer's entry fee will go directly to these programs along with 100% of the hole sponsorship money.

The final results included:
1st Place Team - Washington Division URS Team of Kim Bissell, Rich Allen, Earl Mitchell and Pete Bailey
2nd Place Team - Toothman-Orton Engineering Team of Rick Collingwood, Mark Smith, Robin Thorne and Greg Moos
Closest to the Pin Winners - Paul Wakagawa (City of Boise) and Stan Ekegren (Washington Division of URS)
Longest Drive Winners - Brock Gummer (Washington Division of URS) and Steve Robison (Tamarack Grove Engineering)

Much of the tournament success is the result of the generosity of the hole sponsorships from the following companies: American Geotechnics, B& A Engineers, Blueprint Specialties/Capitol Copy and Print, Boise Office Equipment, Centra Consulting, Geo Tek, HDR, J-U-B Engineers, Keller and Associates, Kittelson and Associates, Materials Testing and Inspection, MWH, Rational Technology, Strata, Terracon, Toothman-Orton Engineering Co., Transpo Group, Washington Division of URS and W&H Pacific. A special thanks to JUB for the donation of 2 putters as well as CH2M Hill for the donation of a logo mug, hat, and balls which were both raffled off with the other door prizes.

Thanks again to all the golfers and sponsors. We hope to see you all again next May and appreciate your continued support of this tournament and the programs it supports.
