MATHCOUNTS & FUTURE CITY FUNDRAISER GOLF TOURNAMENT
4-Person Scramble (Limited to 30 teams) Friday, September 16, 2011 Purple Sage Golf Course
Registration Opens at 11:30 AM
- Shotgun Start at 1 PM – BBQ Food at 5:30 PM
Entry Fee: $65 per person (Includes cart, green fees, food and prizes)
Hole Sponsorship: $150 per hole Closest to Pin Hole Sponsorship: $200 Longest Drive Hole Sponsorship: $200
Proceeds will support annual MATHCOUNTS and Future City competitions for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders
Entries and money to be mailed so received no later than September 8th to
